Welcome to the GenuFit waitlist. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Roman & Mariia - Consultoria, Lda ("GenuFit," "we," "us," or "our"). By joining the waitlist or using our waitlist landing pages, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the waitlist.

1. The service

GenuFit is building software to help job seekers tailor an existing CV to a specific job description. Today, the public offering is a waitlist available to users worldwide. When you sign up, you may receive confirmation emails, product updates, and early access invitations as we approach beta launch.

Descriptions of future product features on our landing pages are forward-looking. We do not guarantee that any specific feature, timeline, or pricing will be available at launch.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to join the waitlist. You are responsible for making sure that signing up is lawful where you live. If local law restricts you from receiving our emails or using our pages, you should not sign up.

3. Your information

You agree to provide a valid email address that you control. Do not sign up on behalf of someone else without their permission. Do not submit false, misleading, or duplicate signups intended to abuse the waitlist.

Our use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

4. Communications

By joining the waitlist, you agree that we may send you transactional messages (for example confirmation of your signup) and marketing messages about GenuFit. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in those messages or via our unsubscribe page.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the waitlist or our pages for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to disrupt, scrape, or overload our websites or APIs.
• Submit automated or bulk signups without our permission.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
• Reverse engineer or copy our landing pages or materials except as allowed by law.

6. Intellectual property

The GenuFit name, branding, landing page content, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks except as needed to access the waitlist in the ordinary way.

7. Beta and early access

Waitlist position, early access, promotional credits, or launch pricing described on our landing pages are subject to availability and may change. We may invite users in any order we choose. Early access may require separate terms when the product is available.

8. Disclaimers

The waitlist and our landing pages are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the waitlist will be uninterrupted or error-free.

GenuFit does not guarantee employment outcomes. Any future resume tools are aids for your own job search. You remain responsible for the accuracy of information you submit in applications.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Roman & Mariia - Consultoria, Lda and its directors, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the waitlist.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the waitlist will not exceed the total amount you paid us for the waitlist in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose, except where liability cannot be limited under mandatory law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the waitlist after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Portugal have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.

We do not require binding arbitration. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you cannot waive under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
